– An interactive 8 week approach to weight management –

This is a very complete programme, which over a period of 8 weeks teaches people principles for sensible ways of eating, portion control, an introduction to delicious ingredients and recipes and it also includes fun ways of exercising. The programme consists of 8 informative sessions that include hands on cooking, 4 dance sessions, one full health check and weekly confidential weighing to monitor progress and increase motivation.

Time: On Monday mornings 10.30am – 1pm, 14th of September to 2nd of November.
Price: Only £20 for the whole 8 week course.
Who is it for: EC1 residents only.
