— Knife Skills —-
Our top chef Grant Hawthorne is a Master Chef of Great Britain and a Master Craftsman from the Guild of Chefs. We are extremely lucky to have him deliver our essential knife skills classes. We offer specialised sessions on how to cut, slice and chop vegetables and herbs, how to debone and cut a whole chicken and how to clean and fillet a whole fish. These sessions provide invaluable knowledge that can be applied to the everyday kitchen and can also help to stretch the food budget as by knowing how to prepare ingredients sensibly, a lot of food waste is avoided and more meals are created.
