    " I recently attended a cookery lesson at CSCS, I was quite surprised at the high standards they worked at. The kitchen is newly fitted with separate cooking stations. We had a pretalk on what the recipe would be and what ingredients we were going to use. On the day I went we cooked Pakistani Hot Pot. This lesson could be a good starting point for anybody who wanted to get into catering and would help them get some grounding and maybe work towards getting a catering qualification which could help towards employment in the catering sector. Maybe even starting their own restaurant or high class caf. From my point of view this would suit any individual who is not getting anywhere and needs a starting point to a great opportunity, the money paid for the ingredients and we ate what we cooked and it was a very enjoyable experience. "
